"My husband and I have been satisfied State Farm clients for decades and when our last agent retired, we were a bit concerned about starting with a new agent. We "won the lottery" when we landed with Isaih and his customer service manager, Monique. They have been extremely helpful, patient, and quick to respond when we've left phone messages. We're currently purchasing a new car and they've been great in guiding us through what needs to be done with getting insurance set up.
